Preparing young men and women with the physical, mental, and value based foundation required for meaningful service in the Israel Defense Forces, while expanding the number of young people who choose to serve.

Expanding Equal Opportunity and Reducing Social Gaps

Providing educational and social programs in Israel’s geographic and social periphery, empowering youth and helping reduce inequality across Israeli society.

Strengthening Social Cohesion and Mutual Responsibility

Creating meaningful connections between different sectors of Israeli society and promoting shared responsibility through programs that engage youth from Haredi and Arab communities.
