ADVANCING HAREDI LEADERS
For many young people in Israel’s ultra-Orthodox community, pathways to leadership, personal growth, and meaningful participation often remain out of reach. Aharai!’s Haredi leadership programs were created to meet this challenge from within the communities they serve—embedded in yeshivot, Haredi neighborhoods, and local institutions often beyond the reach of traditional youth movements.
From Haredi teens at risk of falling through the cracks to students seeking broader skills and greater independence, Aharai! delivers targeted programming that builds confidence, expands opportunity, and opens new pathways to leadership and belonging. These programs are tailored to each community's unique cultural, educational, and gender-specific context, creating a supportive environment where participants discover their potential, develop emotional intelligence, and challenge themselves to grow beyond their comfort zones. The result is greater opportunity for individuals and deeper integration of Haredi youth into the broader fabric of Israeli society.
Help participants expand their horizons and believe in their own strengths, dreams, and possibilities.
Cultivate a deep sense of personal, communal, and national responsibility.
Strengthen Haredi teens’ sense of belonging to their community, Israeli society, and the Jewish people.

BE’EMUNAH
Be’Emunah serves Haredi teens facing some of life’s hardest realities—young people who have left yeshivot, become disconnected from traditional support systems, and in some cases, are living on the streets. Through physical challenge, group belonging, mentorship, and consistent support, participants begin to rebuild confidence, restore stability, and believe in their future again. The program also introduces practical tools for everyday functioning, including basic digital literacy (email, workplace tools) and emotional skills such as communication, self-regulation, and teamwork. For many, Be’Emunah is not simply a program—it is the first step back toward purpose, responsibility, and belonging.
