The Challenge

Following the "Iron Swords" war, hundreds of thousands of Israeli reservists were called to duty for extended periods. Returning from the frontlines, many face the daunting challenge of reintegrating into the workforce, rebuilding professional stability, and returning to a sense of routine.

Our Mission

The Aharai! Reservist Support Program was established as a vital national response to this need. We provide a bridge between intensive military service and civilian life, offering a comprehensive support system for reservists and their spouses to help them reclaim their professional place with dignity and security.
