For young adults from Israel’s social and geographic periphery, the path to a successful career is often blocked by a lack of networking, professional guidance, and equal opportunities.
Career Center was established to provide every young person with the precise support they need to successfully integrate into the modern workforce. We believe there is no "one-size-fits-all" path; therefore, we tailor our support to each participant's unique personality, goals, and needs.

Our results demonstrate that investing in Aharai! graduates is an investment in Israel’s economy (Meidata Study, 2025):
Male graduates earn an average of 13,404 NIS/month - 5.9% higher than the national average for their age group, despite growing up in underserved areas.
Service in military command roles (common among our alumni) contributes up to a 25% salary increase.
For every 1,000 Aharai! graduates, 6.3 million NIS are added to the Israeli economy annually through surplus income alone.
Approximately 60% of our graduates have completed or are pursuing an academic degree (surpassing the national average of 58%).
