"Melech El-Balad" (Salt of the Earth) is a pioneering leadership initiative by AHARAI! dedicated to closing social gaps within Israel’s Arab society. The program promotes equal opportunity and strengthens the sense of capability, belonging, and leadership among Arab youth. By providing tools for personal empowerment, Hebrew language proficiency, and technological skills, we prepare our participants for successful integration into Israeli society and the modern workforce.
The program serves Arab boys and girls aged 15 – 18 through a comprehensive three-year track, featuring two weekly meetings.
To cultivate a young generation of leaders in Arab society who are capable of leading positive change within their communities while successfully integrating into the broader Israeli landscape. We strive to reduce social disparities, promote higher education and employment, and empower a sense of equality and personal fulfillment.
